360 Facility Preventive Maintenance Best PracticesWe will discuss how to leverage the 360 Schedule module to build the most effective Preventive Maintenance program. Topics will include creating Schedules, tying our Assets to our PM program, and creating Procedures to ensure consistency on the job site.
360 Facility Asset Management and Mobile AppShow users how to maximize usage of the 360 Mobile App and the 360 Assets module. For Mobile App training we will discuss logging in, creating work orders, updating statuses, comments, and attachments as well as how to leverage contact and location information within the App to create a smoother job site experience. During the Assets Module training we will discuss creating and grouping assets, tracking key metric to ensure we have an eye on the future, and how to tie our assets in to a well-functioning Preventive Maintenance Program

Asset Enterprise Best PracticesReceive an overview of best practice configuration and usage as well as common mistakes that could make the user experience sub-optimal. In this session we will discuss guidelines and data that represents the most efficient way to use the system ensuring you are obtaining the results you expect.
FAMIS Mobile App AdministrationDiscover AppTree's tech-friendly mobile app. Learn how FAMIS Cloud customers are creating and updating work orders from mobile devices all over campus, even when offline. Post labor hours, checkout parts and perform inspections from any phone or tablet.
FAMIS Utilities ModuleLearn how the Utility module enables facility managers to better track and manage their utility usage and costs across their facilities. FAMIS Maintenance – Skipping the Work Control DeskLearn how to use automatic routing to assign work orders to crew supervisors or directly to technicians. Use billing hierarchies to default the Account Strings and Billing types onto the work orders. Then use our mass update to bulk close completed WO's.
FAMIS Inspections Module and SurveysLearn how customers use the Inspection module to actively monitor their properties and assets. Users track trends, equipment readings, and improve overall quality of their portfolio. Create follow up surveys that can be sent after work requests are completed.
Lucernex Report Building (4 hour session)This report training will help users gain a deeper understanding of the report tools and the database tables. Users will learn how to use all features of the report builder to build more complex, informative reports. The training will also cover administration of reports to ensure that all users have the access they need.
Meridian Cloud a New Era for Asset InformationGet a closer look at the all-new Meridian Cloud, a certified secure cloud service offered as a subscription, as well as how to effortlessly administer the solution for your users. See the enhanced web-based and mobile clients available to access and share asset information stored in Meridian with users in other departments or away from their desk. Learn how to collaborate and exchange project data with your external stakeholders and contractors in a secure cloud portal. Finally, discover how Meridian Cloud Analytics provides unprecedented visibility into document metadata managed within Meridian to analyze and improve data quality and integrity.
Project Center for Corporate and CRE Project ManagementFrom ground up construction to relocations and renovations, Project Center can easily manage a variety of projects. Use the project initiation process to route a project through established approval steps, tracking different resources, contacts, or contributors in a single location. Create and track project plans, import via Microsoft Project, or manage your budget to meet all compliance and auditing requirements based on the purchasing lifecycle. This includes purchase order creation and approval, change orders and invoices, and 3rd party financial system integrations.
Project Center for Education and Public Sector Project ManagementSometimes a Capital Project requires more tracking a reporting than is typically done in a CMMS. Project Center allows you to track budgets and project plans for a variety of different types and sizes projects, including new construction and major renovations. It keeps all your contacts and contributors handy, and you can create and update your Project Plans directly in Project Center, or you can import data from Microsoft Project. Costs are tracked via Purchase Orders – you can route those through an approval process, add change orders, and post invoices against them. And we support a variety of different accounting formats, allowing your project budgets to match your existing Chart of Accounts, in order to integrate with your Financial or Accounts Payable software suite.
TMS Dashboards and Data SourcesIn this training we will discuss the purpose the dashboard modules serve and what makes a great dashboard. It will include best practices following TMS standards, adding formulas to your dashboard detailed lists, adding the KPI feature to your crosstabs and adding in-line SQL for advanced calculations.
TMS Introduction to Advanced ReportingTake a deep dive into the native reporting suite to ensure you are leveraging all of the available capabilities. In this training we will discuss how to export standard and designer reports for modification, how to configure a data source and connection string, how to add a formula using VBScript, how to add a parameter date prompt, and how to import changes into TMS.
